Engineered and manufactured with the finest design, materials and workmanship, this cookware outperforms similar products within the market and delivers the best quality to cooking professionals and home chefs alike.

What are these sauté pans constructed of?

Crafted of durable heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum, heat is distributed throughout the entire pan. Secured by an ergonomically designed, riveted cast stainless-steel handle, the flared edge of both pans makes them suitable for flipping and stirring. The interiors are made of high-performance PFOA-free nonstick for effortless food release with little to no oil.

Are these sauté pans compatible with induction cooktops?

No, unfortunately our pans aren't compatible with induction cooktops. These pans work exceptionally well on gas, electric, ceramic glass cooktops and are oven-safe up to 350°F.

What kind of cooking are these pans best suited for?

Our Member's Mark Sauté Pans are excellent for the searing and browning of meats, as well as whipping up sauces and stir-fry. These versatile pans feature even heat distribution and a high-performance nonstick interior, making them ideal for foods like hamburgers, pancakes and eggs.
