Fish can be prepared thawed or frozen, but thawing fish is perferable. The optimal thawing method is to remove fish from the easy-peel pouch, cover, and refridgerate overnight. To quick thaw, please clear pouch in cold water for 20-30 minutes. Cook fish immediately once thawed. For bolder flavor, pour all of the marinade in pouch over filet before cooking.
Fish thickness may affect cooking time. Thoroughly cooked fish will reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. and flake with a fork. Do not overlap fillets during cooking as this will cause them to cook unevenly. Morey's fish has been boned for your convenience. As with all fish, there is the potential to find small bones.
